You only need to carry your passport and the Candidate Declaration & Consent Form to attend the OSCE exam.

2) I don’t have my passport right now. What should I do?
Since the passport is mandatory, you should immediately email the exam centre and inform them that your passport has been submitted for visa renewal. Also, ask if your BRP card (Biometric Residence Permit) will be accepted for attending the OSCE exam.

3) Where can I find the Candidate Declaration and Consent Form for the OSCE exam?
The form will be attached to the email from your university sent prior to your exam date. Be sure to check your inbox and download it in advance.

4) Do I need to print and fill the Candidate Declaration and Consent Form, or can I submit it online or get it at the exam centre?
You must print and fill the form yourself and bring it with you to the exam centre. It will not be provided at the centre, and it cannot be submitted online.
