Cyril Roy Consultancy Pvt Ltd honours refund request for non-tangible (digital) products under the following exceptional circumstances:

Non-delivery of the electronic product – download issues due to Mentor Merlin server problems, issues originated from client’s e-mail service provider or unzipping difficulties. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of the purchase. A digital product is considered received and downloaded if no claim was submitted. For such requests, Cyril Roy Consultancy Pvt Ltd issues refunds within 24 hours from the date of the purchase..

Digital Product not as described – such issues have to be reported within 24 hours from the date of the purchase. A detailed, clear evidence must be provided with proof that the purchased and delivered digital product is “not as it is described” on Mentor Merlin’s website. All objections based purely on the customer’s false anticipations or desires do not meet the requirements for refunds.

If you have not received a confirmation of your course registration within 24 hours of submitting your registration, you should contact mentormerlin to check the status of your registration.

Full amount will be refunded for the purchased course material if reported or requested for refund within 24 hours.

Any requests made after 24 hours of subscription will be reviewed and a 30% will be deducted. However, this is only eligible after reviewing the usage percentage of the product.

Class oriented services are refundable only if the candidate faces any challenges with the classes. 70% of the remaining classes value will be refunded.

All courses have validity period added to it and therefore any requests after this period are non- refundable.

Transaction charges will be deducted for all refunds.

Anticipate currency conversion differences for any refunds.
